I've completed the storyline and I believe some memories aren't correctly unlocked... e.g. I've seen Minerva in the shower, and I definitely had Daphne as waifu when she showed her ... gratitude ... You can't use the save files from previous versions due to technical limitations. This function may appear in the future, but now in main menu you can choose any chapter to start new game with, and use cheats
If you already paid you can click on download. Then look at the bottom there will be a "I already paid for this". Enter the email you paid it with then the links will be sent to you with latest version. It would be kinda unfair to keep paying for a game you already bought unless it specifically is said to be a subscription model.
